Covid-19 Update

Due to global slowdowns as a result of the Covid-19 situation worldwide, please expect an additional 2 months of delay (for international customers) on top of the usual shipping time. We are very sorry that we cannot offer refunds for items that are delayed or missing due to these slowdowns. If you specially requested for insurance to be added onto your order, please note that the insurance does not cover any problems arising from Covid-19-related issues. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

UK Shipping Update

With effect from 1 Aug 2021, we are excited to announced that shipping to the UK has resumed! VAT will be reflected in your order total at checkout.

EU Shipping Update

I do still ship to countries in the EU with effect from 1 July 2021. However, by purchasing from me, you acknowledge and understand that you are responsible for any VAT and processing fees that are incurred by your package. Failure to pay for these fees in a timely manner will result in your item being forwarded back to me. In such cases, I can only refund the order value minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handling Times

Instock items will ship out on Thursdays of every week. Orders will usually ship out within 7 working days. For pre-order items, please refer to the shipping details in the product description.

Shipping Times

This store ships out orders from Singapore. Shipping times are the same for all modes of mail. On average, packages take 3-6 weeks to reach their destination. However, some packages can take up to 3 months due to factors out of my control such as delays at customs, high delivery load during festive seasons etc.

This store will not be held liable for shipping delays due to such circumstances that are out of my control. Please understand that upon making a purchase, you are accepting any risk that could be incurred due to shipping mishaps.

Shipping Methods

This store uses Singapore Post to ship out orders. By default, all packages will be mailed via Standard Shipping. This method includes online tracking updates. Upon fulfilment of your order, you will receive a notification email containing a link where you can track the shipping updates of your order.

Standard Shipping does not include insurance. This means that should your package be lost or delayed due to circumstances out of our control, the cost of your items and shipping will not be refundable. We seek your understanding regarding this. You may choose to add insurance to your order to avoid this situation. This will require a separate payment top-up via Paypal (international) or Paynow/Paylah (local). The price will be a small percentage of the declared item value. For more details, please contact us directly.

If you wish to use another shipping method, eg. DHL or FedEx, please drop us an email and we can make arrangements for you accordingly.
